Building for the next hundred years.

A group based in Vadodara. We build homes and design landscapes — designed from the soil up, finished by hand.

The Group

Kamaltara is a community working at the intersection of land, craft, and time. We articulate and build projects — each one meant to bring idea of nature in and create different experiences.

Our work begins with the soil: reading the contour of a site, the angle of its light, the trees that have stood there for a century. We design from the ground up, not from a brochure.

About us

Three of us, and a craft team.

Kamaltara is run by three founders with a shared conviction: that a space should be built once, and built well. We are supported by a craft team of masons, carpenters, and stone-workers, many of whom have worked with us for years.

This connection to the slow, intentional, and natural aspects of life shapes his thoughtful approach to architecture.
